comparison of eigrp and ospf

Thu Sep 22, 2016 10:14 am

Hi

since ospf is link-state and eigrp is distance vector

May i know which one is better routing protocol ?

to test the performance, i just have to ping and ftp (ubuntu client/windows to ubuntu server)

is there any type between ftp and ping ?

Its your choice to select any routing protocol.

OSPF is more tuneable than EIGRP so you can select OSPF.
EIGRP has less AD value (90) than OSPF (110) so you can select EIGRP.

your second Question is not clear.
