Hi,
The following error message appear when I try to install the policy on the remote FW..

Installation failed. Reason: Load on Module failed - failed to load Security Policy.

can anyone help in this situation?

FYI, please post non-Cisco questions in the General Tech section as this is not related to Cisco Security.

I had this same error recently. One of my gateways had lost communication to the CP management server. The fix was to do a cpstart then a cpstart to restart services. If this is on the standby gateway then you should be able to do it without a problem. If it is the active gateway then you will first need to force it into standby.

I'm sure texanmutt meant cpstop then a cpstart
You could also try an fwunloadlocal followed by a policy push from the smartdashboard server

Also, you have my condolences for having administer checkpoint gear.
