hello guys,

My switch wont allow me configure 'ip dhcp snooping'. I have defined dhcp pool before that anyway. Could it be because i'm using GNS3 or i'm missing something. Help pls. Thanks

That command may or may not be available in GNS, I doubt it.

I don't know if you can implement dhcp snooping in a router, it should work on a switch, which GNS3 does not support. And I'm assuming you are not using a real switch in GNS. (if yes, thats great news)

Thanks guys. I use a GNS3 8.2 and i've tried it on both multilayer switch and basic switch but not on a router.

GNS3 does little switch related. Except for some basic VLANs you can't do much.

For CCNP, yes. But focus on the switches, you can connect GNS3 to physical devices.
