I want to monitor everyones connection in a network. Every device is connected to a router. Is it possible to monitor all of the traffic going through the router? If so how can I do it?

I don't have access to all of the computers in the network so I need to do this at the gateway. Can all the traffic be routed to a server where I can monitor the traffic while users still having Internet access?

Thanks

You can set up a web cache (like Squid) and use WCCP to redirect traffic.

I looked around and I think WCCP can be used on Cisco routers? Can I do this with those cheap all in one routers that you get from your ISP?
