Hi Everyone,

Been using this forum for the past month or so, think its brilliant and has been helping a lot so thought i'd come and join the crew. I'm from the UK currently looking to study for my CCNA, i have the CBT nuggets videos so ive started watching them, and on the side trying to master the subnetting process, any other advice on what techniques to use when starting out with learning CCNA?

Should i just concentrate on watching all the videos first? or do u lot recommend on going in depth in certain topics whilst watching the videos. Any advice would be appreciated.

That's a good idea to sit and watch the videos first then when you start to play about you won't be so daunted.
As for subnetting, practice, practice, practice, there aren't any shortcuts.
It's difficult at first but you'll get the hang of it.
When you get stuck just post your problem and let us know where you are stuck.
