Hi all

I want to create a user who only has access to "router>" prompt on the CLI. this user should not be able to do enable command and by no other means be able to go to global configuration mode.
I know the command router(conf t)# username ABC privilege 1 password ABCPASS, but even with this command, this user gets privilege 15 access.

How do I solve my problem?

Thanks in advance
