Your parts list should come from the detailed survey and wifi planning analysis and design. Trying to just buy components and make a wireless system work correctly especially one that will have to handle voice is like putting the cart before the horse so to speak. If this is something you will be 100% doing in house then I suggest you educate yourself on the following design guide from Cisco and then come back to this topic.
http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/solutio ... -book.htmlThere will be lots of challenges such as how many calls your going to handle. How the roaming be handled, how spread out will these AP's be. Meaning in the same physical location or multiple buildings. Then there is proper wifi analysis to determine the AP's exact location and handle any data that might also ride on this wireless network. What kinds of speeds you want to try and achieve. Client hardware, software and driver, etc,etc The list goes on

As others have stated the hardware you called out is not the latest and greatest. At a minimum I would go with the 5500x controllers or new WiSM-2 blades since the newer version of code coming out will slowly be phased out on the 4400's.
Not trying to say this cant be done by yourself but you should consider consulting with Cisco or a local Cisco partner who can help address the hurdles you will face.
