Who provides clocking when a Frame Relay Switch is emulated by dynamips?

For example here is a smaple Frame config from http://dynagen.org/tutorial.htm.

[[ROUTER R1]]
s1/0 = F1 1
[[ROUTER R2]]
s1/0 = F1 2
[[ROUTER R3]]
s1/0 = F1 3
[[FRSW F1]]
1:102 = 2:201
1:103 = 3:301
2:203 = 3:302

Does the Frame Switch F1 provide clocking for R1, R2 , and R3?

Or do the routers have to be the DCEs and provide clocking.

I have googled around and haven't found the answer. Is there something that I am missing here?

Thanks

OK, never mind. The clock rate was already in the startup config after I added the frame switch to the dynagen .net file.
