Can i configure IPV6 as a Mgmt ip in WS-C2950T-24 model by changing the os

current os does not support c2950-i6q4l2-mz.121-22.EA1.bin

You should really give Cisco Feature Navigator a try, it says that IPv6 isn't supported on the 2950.

IN ADDITION, NO NEED TO CAPITALIZE YOUR SUBJECTS PLEASE!

yea, but it's been there since 12.2(40)SE (c2960-lanbase-mz.12.2-40.SE)

Do you think they will release an IOS update which supports IPv6 for those switches in the future, or will we need to buy all new switches?

last day of support for this model is the end of this year
