I've seen some old old Cisco documents which explain how to configure this. Also I've read some newer posts stating that it no longer works with newer IOS. I am using IOS 15.1.4M4 - so may be this is my problem anyway.

I have a single 877 router with a IPv6 tunnel interface. My internal network is dual-stack v4 and v6. I have a web portal on the 877 where I can proxy from via the v4 internet. What I would like to try and make happen is that an internal node can ping or access a v6 address using an inside / natted v4 address (to v6). If this is successful then I would like to see about making that same v6 host accessible via the web proxy which seems to only access v4 addresses.

Firstly, is this even worth doing? Does the IOS support this still?
