Hi guys/gals,
I've tried posting this question also on the Cisco forum, with no success.
I had 2 (now 4) Aironet 1250 (AIR-RM1252A-E-K9). I tried booting them up but without success. All of them behave exactly the same: I tried a standard 802.3af PoE switch, then a C3550-24PWR switch, and then the AIR-PWRINJ4 injector without success. Even removing one or both radio, I never saw the front led come up blinking nor any output in the console (other than the ΓΏ character).
I played with console speed, parity, flow control, stop bit - nothing.
So, I'm stuck, I'm out of ideas; do anybody have any hint to share?
Thanks,

Marco

After reading these two links.
http://www.cisco.com/en/US/prod/collateral/wireless/ps5678/ps6973/ps8382/product_data_sheet0900aecd806b7c5c.html

I figured you probably had multiple radio modules and needed enhanced poe.
But you say that you tried removing the radio's so that's probably not it.

Correct. I also bought the right power injector (expensive as only Cisco could be) but no luck.
I also tried with a PSU of 56V, no results either.

Thanks for breaking it down for me. I supposed that, just needed a final word from somebody else. Too bad.
