I learnt today that junipers have a comment option when committing config changes. They're added to the log file and the rollback files comments field when viewing the rollback list.

You could get even fancier and have a junos script that would do this automatically on commit.

Yeah... I'm not sure how you'd script up a ticket number or simple comment in a script.
