unable to connect with routert

We just had Comcast business internet installed in our office now my nighthawk x8 router says that none of the computers are connected to it we have internet from the Comcast modem and the router maps on the network but i cannot login to it to adjust settings and access our vpn any help would be greatly appriceated.
