I installed new machine in office. The IP address i have given is same which was used earlier on that port.
I am able to ping all the machines with this new machine but not even a single machine is able to ping this new machine.

Hmmm. I may suggest a tracert command. It will work the same as a ping but it will show you each hop and where the hops take the dive. Because it is happening all towards that one machine, you may or may not have a firewall set that'll block certain requests. I would also try to drop all security (just for the ping and tracert) to see if that is the issue.

Error: Destination host unreachable suggests that it is reaching the network but cannot find the specified machine you are trying to ping. This may also be a routing table issues (if you have any routing tables set up on, say, the equipment down stream towards the new office machine).

You can avoid to turn off the firewall. You can enable the rule in Windows Firewall
Firewall -> Advanced Settings -> Inbound Rules
Enable the rule "File and Printer Sharing (Echo request - ICMPv4-IN)
