Can you ping the default gateway?

Can you post a traceroute to 4.2.2.1?

Also try pinging www.google.com and let us know the result.

Ok, I think the problem may have something to do with one of the users. Someone is downloading huge files and I think they may be eating all of my bandwidth. Is there any way to limit the amount of bandwidth a certain computer on the network can use at any one time?

Not unless you have a router that can run QoS. DD-WRT can run on a lot of consumer routers

Whoa...hold your horses my friend. This seems like a "shot in the dark" conclusion or suspicion to me. How did you arrive at such a thought?

The other *users* are able to connect just fine? Or is everyone down? Is the AP handing out DHCP?

Also, lots of times with business class or residential class modems, you have to restart the modem and the AP prior to getting your connection back.

**EDIT: Just noticed your IPCONFIG output shows DHCP enabled

It is a guess, I noticed only the wireless has trouble logging in, and I found out one of my users is constantly downloading torrents upwards of 4 gigs.
