i am new here so plz be kind to me.
I dont know where to post this so i am posting it in general . Not let me discribe my problem.

I actually want to host a website from my pc. my pc is in a lan network i know the orignal ip of the internet provider the gateway n my ip in the lan network. so is there any way through which i can host a website from my pc. i some where read so . can some one help me in this , i am not into networking so plz discribe me in detail or if there is a way then give me the links where can i find my solutions.

Very possible.

Use a dynamic DNS client and provider to advertise your current public IP address. Just do Google search for "dynamic DNS" to get started.
