Hi guys,

So I live in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia and I just got a new computer and awesome new internet plan + modem and the other day I got Battlefield 3 for my PC (specs below), it was all fine for about a week and for the past few days it has all gone to s**t.

At first I couldn't join any games so I went to my services and disabled SSDP Recovery and UPnP Device Host as well as UPnP on my routers settings (Netgear CG3000 modem-router) and it was all working perfectly.

My latency has gone ballistic on Battlefield 3 at around 200-950ms from my usual 20-35ms and this is all on Australian servers. I have tried re enabling and disabling the services and UPnP but nothing is working at the moment. My networking is fine and so is my internet for everything except BF3.

Additional Information:

EXTRA INFO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I used to have a wireless range extender for my network and I gave it the name: OPTUSV93EAB0_EXT after my router's SSID (OPTUSV93EAB0) but now It is packed away in my desk. I had My desktop computer connected through the range extender for a short period of time (maybe 2-3 days) and because I wast satisfied with my connection, I went for cable and picked up two dlink dwp307av powerline adapters and since I have had them hooked up (connected directly to my router and then to my Computer has named its connection OPTUSV93EAB0_EXT for no apparent reason and I cant change it, I have had no networking problem other than with Battlefield 3. My range extender is the WN2000RPT.

NETWORKING AND INTERNET SPECIFICATIONS:

Modem: Netgear CG3000
Power line Adapters: Dlink DHP-307AV (Have optimal Connection Strength)
Range extender: WN2000RPT
Internet Plan: 500Gb per Month at 100 Megabytes per second download and 2 megabytes per second upload speed as well as a ping from my house to most of the Western Australian Servers and New south wales servers of about 20-30ms.

PC SPECIFICATIONS (Just Main Hardware that could be relevant):

Processor: Intel i7 3770 at 3.8 Ghz
Video Card: Gigabyte GTX 560 Ti Overclocked to 900mhz (core clock)
Motherboard: Gigabyte H77M-D3H
Ram: 8 GB DDR3 (2x4g) at 1333mhz
Ethernet Adapter: Atheros AR8151 PCI-E Gigabit Ethernet Port
Operating System: Windows 7 Home Premium x64
