I am using Tikona Wireless Broadband Connection in India

Their SETUP :

They have installed a wireless device in my rooftop , from that they have taken a connection using LAN Cable to a POE Unit . From the other end of POE unit to my Laptop Ethernet Port.

Everytime I have to go thier website to login. They have made in such a way that only 1 system can be used ( ie 1 static IP ) at a time. Systems MAC adress is been captured in their portal.

Will I be able to install Wifi router to this , so that I can use 'n' no of devices ?

These can clone MAC address of your laptop, so yes it should work. Borrow one from a friend and have a try
