Do in-house capabilities match outsourced service providers?

Mon Oct 12, 2015 4:42 am

The odds of exceeding the quality standards of outsourced service providers by in-house talents are practically absent. This is because, resource persons in the outsourced service providers workplace are tuned to specific job verticals, have access to superior technologies, are incentivized to show results and more over, it is in their domain of expertise.

It rarely pays to fine tune in-house talents to the same level as an outsourced service provider considering that an organization has to spend fabulous money on training and retaining individuals. Moreover, using a thus trained individual is not economical because there is little opportunity to turn this expertise several times over. Outsourcing in these types of situations makes sense to the organization.
