Hi friends,

I am working on monolith network monitoring tool.when i check the device status on tool many devices are showing down
red in color.I did ping and SNMP queries to check the status what a surprise the device is pinging and also gave response to
snmp query.Anybody suggest on this ?Is it possible to show the device down in monitoring tool even though it is pining and
answer to snmp query?

it is urgent issue please suggest as early as possible
