Hi,

I'm looking for feature on CCM 4.1 which allow me to resolve me this problem:

- there are three phones (A, B, C)
- phone A call to phone B, then phone B transfer A to C and B hang up phone
- phone A call to phone C for example 4 times and C don't answer
- after 4 times call return to phone B

could you advise me name of this feature in CCM?
is it possible to do on CCM 4.1?
