Devices on our network are all manually configured with the TFTP and Admin VLAN id.
Phones used in our environment: 6941, 7911, 7962, 7975, 7937
System version: 18.104.22.16800-2
We bought additional 6941 phones recently. One of the issues we are experiencing on these newly purchased devices is that the stock firmware on them is:
Issues experienced with the above firmware is that the phone does not log missed call entries.... and it only happens to this specific devices with that firmware version on. Even did a super copy of a user who had a "older" 6941 phone to the newer ones we purchased and same issue occurs.
The firmware that definitely does work as expected as all our current 6941 runs on either 1 of the following firmware:
Tried to force the firmware by specifying it on the Device Config (Phone Load Name) save, apply and reset but the phone just boots up skipping the upgrade.
Cannot do factory reset as we do not have DHCP option 150 active as it was never part of the company's group standard for VoIP configuration. There is talks that we will have the solution soon but I need a solution now
Do you perhaps have any advise?
