Hi all, I am the newbies in VoIP. I have the following network elements, how all these elements use to construct a VoIP networks?

1. PSTN
2. MGW
3. Gatekeeper (Voice Enabled Router)
4. MCU
5. IP Phones
6. PBX
7. Analog Phones - Normal RJ-11
8. An IP Network
9. Call Agent (Cisco UCM)

It should introduce you to the basics of all those technologies.
