You should have an option to specify a port under a pots dial-peer.

Please post the output of show version and post the output of p? under dial-peer config mode.

I am not good at this stuff, but I have a similar thing working with a 2811 connected to a PRI card on a PBX using controller E1 and here goes my config

controller E1 0/1/0
framing NO-CRC4
clock source internal
pri-group timeslots 1-31

interface Serial 0/1/0:15
no ip address
encapsulation ppp
isdn switch-type primary-qsig
isdn incoming-voice voice

dial-peer voice 1 pots
destination-pattern 1.T
direct-inward-dial
port 0/1/0:15
forward-digits 4

I have all 4 digit telephone numbers and I access them by dialing 1 followed by the number.

Hope this gives an idea.
