Dear All,

I have a telephony system already in place with 6 FXO active ports configured on a 2821 Router.

The thing is that I am not able to make an ip phone forward calls to a mobile No.

I can make calls to the same mobile number when dialed from the phone but the call routing seems not to function correctly when call-forward all is configured on the ephone-dn.

I would like to focus only on voice-port 0/0/0 and 0/0/1

Please have a look at my configurations:

voice-port 0/0/0
supervisory disconnect anytone
output attenuation -3
echo-cancel coverage 32
compand-type a-law
cptone GB
timeouts call-disconnect 5
timeouts wait-release 5
connection plar opx 300
impedance complex2

Have you verified that you can call out both voice ports when originating calls from ext 300? Use show voice port summ to make sure you are hitting both ports on your test calls. If the first call comes in port 0/0/0, does the debug output show you ever hitting dial-peer 3 on the way out? Do you get a busy tone, or does the call just drop?

Try a "debug voice dialpeer inout". See if a dial peer is matched.

By the way tou don't need the progress and tone alert no pi config in the voice ports, since you are not using ISDN

Is it CUCM or CUCME?

Have you allowed users to forward calls to mobiles? Can a phone call the mobile?
