What do you guys think about the Network Simulator offered by Ciscopress? Anyone try it? :?:

why simulator, go with "GNS emulator better unless you have specific need for simulator.

google it in youtube on how you can setup this .

The simulator comes with labs/scenarios that you can go through and sections each one out based on test/type. That seems like a solid plus.

I've been looking at the GNS emulator. I'll see what the youtubes has to say about it.

I bought the Cisco Network Simulator to use for part of my studies. I liked it a lot it helped me gain a good understanding of the topics covered in the CCNA Exam. I also use GNS3 and like it I would suggest going with both the two together covers any gaps you might have. You can get GNS3 for free here http://freeciscolab.com/ they also have a lot of free labs that well help you.
