I have an ASA 5520 running on the IOS 8.0(4). decrement-ttl enabled on this globally. but when I traceroute from insdie machine to out side I get iP address of ASA'S out interface where tracing from outside to inside gives me IP address of Inside interface of ASA. so I want to know whether it is normal behaviour of ASA. whereas as per my understanding if i trace from inside network i should get Ip of inside interface of asa not of outside interface and for outside vice-versa.
