Certs: CCNA, CCNA Security, FIREWALL v2.0
Hi Guys,

How would you go about gauging what TCP connection limits you would set on your firewall. I'm studying for CCNP Security: FIREWALL at the moment and just finished reading the MPF chapter. One question I have is, for example, how would you know what to set the TCP embryonic limit to?

My naive guess is 1; to be safe. However, would this interfere with some applications that required more than 1 embryonic TCP state?

Thanks in advance
