3 years after getting my CCNA I finally finished the last exam required for CCNP and passed TSHOOT today!!

I couldn't contain myself when I saw that I had passed!

Today has been a fantastic day!

The thing is they "need" me to get my ARCH done for CCDP, for resale/partner reasons.

I am sure there would have been more of a congratulations for that one since the company is benefiting. Think it's time to move on.

If you don't feel appreciated and valued then look for a better opportunity. I done that after getting my CCNP as I faced a similar situation to you, and it was the best career move I ever made!

They will only realise how valuable you are once you walk out the door....
Edit:On more positve note, Great work on your achievement :-)
