Planning to take CCNA exam soon!

But heard some advanced (new) topics in "CCNA 640-802 Official Cert Library, Updated, 3rd Edition", correct???? any idea??

You "heard" from where? The official Cisco certification exam objectives are on http://www.cisco.com don't believe any other source.
Sure 640-802 is long overdue for an update but it will be announced when it's announced, not before.

Exam guides and resources are often refreshed, publishers and authors have to make a living.

when they print books, they do it in small batches, when they run out, they make corrections, and print a new batch of books,
