I am hari and would like to one important information .

Q: I'm having ccna and it is going to expire on coming august . but I don't think that i can complete ccna with this time slot. can i able to schedule the exam after august. i am ready to pay the exam fee now.

my idea is i will get time to learn ccnp and ccna don't want to retake.

If it expires, you have to retake it. Doesn't matter when you scheduled your CCNP exams.

You must pass a qualifying exam before the experation date of your CCNA in order to renew your CCNA cert. You can choose to retake the CCNA , take a CCNA specialty, any proffesional (CCNP) level exam or your CCIE written to renew your CCNA.

Your cutting it close but I would recommend going after one of the CCNA specialties. But hey if you already passed the CCNA once then the second time should not be as difficult.
