This might be different in India (and maybe other Asian countries), but in Europe/US, people expect you to be senior if you do have a CCIE and they expect you to know what you do outside of a Lab environment. I personaly see it as counterproductive to be CCIE and have no experience, since it will make it hard for you to get Entry-Level positions to actually get experience and work the way up to seniority (with or without CCIE).
But thats my opinion based on my experience I got working in Europe, I dont know if this is the same for India.
