Certs: ccna
There are many Cisco exam will be expired and be instead of updated exam,here has some list:

646-205 will expire at 20-Apr-12,updated exam is 646-206
642-971 will expire at 7-May-12.updated exam is 642-991（Available:Feb. 7, 2012）
642-982 will expire at 7-May-12.updated exam is 642-993（Available:Feb. 7, 2012）
642-983 will expire at 7-May-12.updated exam is 642-994（Available:Feb. 7, 2012)

there are also many other Cisco exams updated,if you have interest in Cisco field,you need to pay attention to it.
