They are closed inbound, not outbound

I WANT TO VIEW A WEBSITE.
I SEND MY REQUEST TO THE WEBSITE WITH A DESTINATION PORT OF 80, AND A SOURCE PORT OF 23875.
MY ROUTER ANTICIPATES THE RETURN TRAFFIC FROM THE WEBSITE WITH A DESTINATION PORT OF 23875.
THE WEBSITE SENDS TRAFFIC BACK TO ME WITH A DESTINATION PORT OF 23875, AND A SOURCE PORT OF 80.
MY ROUTER IS EXPECTING THIS TRAFFIC AND ALLOWS IT IN.
I CAN NOW READ THE WEBPAGE IN MY WEB BROWSER.
IT IS GOOD.
