Just a quick update, written passed, on to the hard part.
A bit relieved but now worried about the amount of practice time and dedication that are needed for the next step.
Anyways, thank you all because visiting this forum provides the extra motivation needed to keep going with these tests.

Woah. Congrats!
What materials did you use so far? How much time did it take you to learn it?

Reggle, Used quite a lot of resources over the last 4-5 months:

- CCIE R&S Cert Guide v4.0
- CCIE R&S QUick Reference
- Presentations galore from Cisco's TKL on just about any exam topic that I never used before and couldn't explain it to myself.
- Practiced such topics if possible on home router until they made sense to me. Work lab equipment came in very handy to understand some of those topics not available in home router.
- Just had to google some of the more obscure technical references to RFCs to get another perspective on said topics.

Have to say that attending all the instructor led classes for now the retired CCIP helped me a big deal understanding how IOS ties things together. Unfortunately, left the MPLS test out and couldn't get CCIP before it got retired.

Hope it helps.
