Unsupported SSL switch

Mon Feb 27, 2017 8:40 am

When I try to connect to a switch Catalyst 2960 I am getting through an error message: "This site can’t provide a secure connection 172.22.21.221 uses an unsupported protocol. ERR_SSL_VERSION_OR_CIPHER_MISMATCH The client and server don't support a common SSL protocol version or cipher suite."

"Firefox cannot guarantee the safety of your data on 172.22.21.211 because it uses SSLv3, a broken security protocol."

How do I turn off or fix SSL connection to be able to get through to the switch on the web?
