What his means is your switch is seeing several MAC addresses coming in from two different ports; this could be a sign of a loop.

Or it's a server with a teamed NIC.

Many different possibilities. Just depends on your setup and what that mac actually belongs to. Give us more details

So I found out that it is a siple connection...

from the router gi0/0.1 goes to switch stack 2960's. There are a few servers plugged in ports

Gi2/0/1 up up Uplinkl to Router
Gi2/0/2 up up Uplinkl to Wireless MX-8
Gi2/0/3 up up Uplinkl to VOIP
Gi2/0/4 up up Uplinkl to Domain Controller
Gi2/0/5 up up Uplink to DRAC to Domain Conntroler
Gi2/0/6 up up Uplinkl to APP Server
Gi2/0/7 up up Uplink to DRAC to APP Server
Gi2/0/8 up up Uplink to File Server
Gi2/0/9 up up Uplink to DRAC for File Server
Gi2/0/10 up up Uplink to HYPER-V Server
Gi2/0/11 up up uplink to Voice Mail System

the rest of the ports are for end users and look like this

interface GigabitEthernet2/0/40
switchport voice vlan 2
spanning-tree portfast
!
interface GigabitEthernet2/0/41
switchport voice vlan 2
spanning-tree portfast
!
interface GigabitEthernet2/0/42
switchport voice vlan 2
spanning-tree portfast
!
interface GigabitEthernet2/0/43
switchport voice vlan 2
spanning-tree portfast
!
interface GigabitEthernet2/0/44
switchport voice vlan 2
spanning-tree portfast
!
interface GigabitEthernet2/0/45
switchport voice vlan 2
spanning-tree portfast
!

etc ..............

there are 4 switches in this stack
