Hello, everyone..
There's a problem with their connection, the reporter's folder can't read logs from the FTP server, so, anyone got any suggestions to solve the problem ?!!. I need some answers today though !.

A reporter is a formation source that provides you with some information like shows what users viewed today or yesterday or 7 days ago, and shows which website is the most visited and some information like that. And, I'm talking about a part of a network that's facing problems.

So, the proxy server sends logs (every site that has been visited) every 10 mins to the FTP server and the FTP server should be sending the logs to the reporter to save them in a reporter folder, so, the problem's, the reporter folder isn't getting the logs. So, where would the problem be ?!!.
