Underweight <= 18.5

Yea...... you didn't win, not by much. I am already doing a hour cardio and about 45 minutes weight lifting about 4 days a week, mostly stress weight from things back home, which probably wont be resolved for a while.

I would probably loose a good amount if I laid off the beer for a while and was consistent with working out but....blah blah blah...excuse excuse excuse.

heh I dare not do it. but then thats why I joined a gym this year and do 3-5 hours a week minimum

Except today as I smacked my head the other night and cut it open, now I have a terrible headache and don't feel right

29. Running around in the data center all day puts it to 28, doing the support desk role for a week back to 30.

yah, thats what kep me thin running corridors for user issues, floor layout was descending criss/cross each corridor about 100m long
living in the C wing had to go to the J wing, (lettered sequentially, no H or I wing) it was a good 400 yards there and more to go back, do that 4-5 times a day, then running when there is an outage, or needing to get spares from storage in the F wing.
